Block Party

When was the last time the neighbors got together? At Block Party, it’s every night. With an impressive 3,000 square foot patio, Block Party is serving up craft beer, wine and a good time. The man behind the magic, Jason Eisner of Cafe Gratitude and Gracias Madre, does not disappoint with this watering hole that features boozy snow cones and frozen margaritas as well as over 350 different kinds of beer. With a rotating selection of drafts on tap, there’s sure to be something to strike your fancy.

Every day of the week, this hip York Boulevard staple brings the community to life with an environment that lives and breathes its tongue in cheek motto, “we’re here, we’re beer, get over it.” Plenty of tables on the patio beckon you to stay a while, where the policy is bring your own grub. Expect a line-up of the best Southern California food trucks to show up, just in case your growling stomach gets the best of you.

As the drinks and the conversation flow, don’t miss the chance to mosey over to the 42-foot long shuffleboard game, or show your skills on Wii bowling, conveniently projected on the wall. Round up some friends, make your way over to Block Party and let the good times roll. We’ll bet this place will have you coming back for more.

Open nightly. 5052 York Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90042, 323.741.2747 or blockpartyhlp.com.
