Bachi Burger, a Las Vegas eatery famous for its Asian-inspired burgers, has touched down in Southern California with a new Pasadena location. A far cry from a typical fast food burger joint, the restaurant’s interior is just as elevated as its unique and savory cuisine. With its modern ambiance and a bar serving craft brews and specialty beverages, Bachi Burger allows the flavors to do the talking.
Diners are able to choose from a selection of specialty BBQ burgers and have their pick of tasty combinations. The popular Miyagi-San burger, composed of a fried egg, dollop of chili mayo, caramelized bacon and a mound of crispy onion rings atop a tender wagyu beef patty, offers a flavor-packed dining experience. For those in search of a more exotic but equally delicious taste, the Shogun burger features a mélange of flavors including poached Asian pear, miso butter and juicy peach combined with wagyu beef, grilled unagi and pan-seared foie gras.
While Bachi’s specialty is burgers, they also offer crowd-pleasing dishes such as steamed Peking duck or pork belly buns, crispy fried chicken and sure to please appetizers including the oxtail chili cheese fries— a bed of fries smothered in a medley of chili, cheese, oxtail and jalapenos and topped off with a sunny side up egg.
Not only short for “Hibachi,” a famed style of Japanese grilling, the word “Bachi” also means karma. Taking the old adage “treat others as you would like to be treated” to heart, Bachi Burger creates a dining experience based on a love of food and a desire to provide customers with the very best.
