Langham Huntington’s Terrace Restaurant Showcases Fresh Seasonal Ingredients

Chef Justin Campbell has brought a fresh approach to The Langham Huntington’s popular Terrace restaurant, adding new dishes to the California-bistro menu that showcase his creativity and emphasis on using fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients. “Becoming aware of where your produce comes from is important, as is how it’s grown as well,” Campbell says. “I aspire to be as market driven as possible, to be sustainable and to also support local resources.”

One of Campbell’s notable dishes showcases a succulent Spanish-style octopus served in its natural jus with al dente egg noodle pasta. Order it with a plate of brown-butter garbanzo beans.

The Terrace serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and a generous breakfast buffet and Dim Sum Sunday Brunch. We recommend taking advantage of Pasadena’s warm weather on The Terrace’s outdoor patio—the perfect setting for a business lunch or relaxing dinner.
