Old Town’s Lost at Sea, a modern fine dining restaurant, offers Pasadenans a memorable dining experience. The seafood-centered restaurant began as a collaboration between locals and longtime friends, chef Tim Carey and Santos Uy, and has been winning diners over with high quality taste and sophisticated, on point presentation.
The mouthwatering menu has been praised for its “Southern California-inspired dishes rooted in French technique,” such as Grilled Octopus with mole, Crab Gnocchi, Almond Gazpacho and Butter Poached Lobster.
In September, the upscale eatery debuted its new lunch service that includes new items with a fun twist (like the Smoked Salmon Sandwich and Albacore Tuna Melt) as well as a few favorites from the dinner menu.
