Founded by brothers Daniel and Chris Skaf, Rockbird’s chicken-centric menu features bird-based sandwiches and tenders made with free-range chicken breast. Sandwiches come in a variety of combination styles including popular picks like “The WOK Bird”—topped with Sriracha mayo, sweet chili glaze, and cali-slaw; as well the “The Nitro Bird,” topped with habanero buffalo sauce, house ranch, spicy slaw, and fresh tomatoes.
While the main focus may be the chicken, the sides are worth stocking up on—from the kale tabbouleh and fried Brussels sprouts to the hearty Cheezy Pasta made with penne pasta, three cheese cream sauce, and buttery panko crust. Needless to say, Rockbird will rock your world.
