To celebrate this year’s design team, Custom Comfort Mattress hosted a private cocktail reception on February 27th at their Pasadena Showroom on South Lake Avenue. A long-time friend and supporter of the Showcase House, Custom Comfort Mattress, based here in Southern California for over 30 years, has been donating their high quality, handcrafted mattresses for many years and are featured in several of this year’s design spaces; the Master Bedroom, the Guest Bedroom Suite and the Writer’s Haven. In its 55th year, the 2019 Pasadena Showcase House of Design will be held at the historical Boddy House on the beautiful grounds of Descanso Gardens in La Cañada Flintridge. In addition to house tours, the event this year will feature a Designer Talk Series, an Art Gallery, and an expanded “Shops at Showcase” complete with a variety of pop-up shops.
